TRX Suspension Complex Move with a Vinyasa Yoga Component

For many new patrons or beginner TRX Suspension class participants I'm often asked how is Off The Grid Fitness Intermediate or Advance class more difficult.  For the most part our beginner class does not have you in a push up position with both feet in the cradles while you are probably going to be in that position for other level classes.  Additionally, in classes outside of the beginner class you are going to see more complex and compound movements combining several different exercises into one.  In the following video I demonstrate combination of a TRX push up, TRX Ab Crunch, TRX Pike, and more using tempo and components of a Yoga Flow a typical exercise found in our advance class.
