Battle Rope Exercises for our Boot Camp Class

Our Boot Camp classes at Off The Grid Fitness have many different exercises including the use of Battle Ropes.  Battle Ropes is a great full body work out where it can be cardio intense, leg intense, upper body intense, and core intense.  Our trainer Travis in flew down from our San Diego location to demonstrate some of the exercises we use:
