Push Your Body

A complete workout that focuses on building stamina and toning the body. Do a series of 15 different exercises that work and tone all muscle groups. Exercises vary each class. Great for those who want to push themselves in a group environment.

What To Expect

Lots of drills designed to test your agility, speed, endurance, strength, and quickness.  You'll move from station to station, each customized for a specific skill or exercise.

Getting Started

  • Sign up for a class which fits your schedule
  • Bring a great attitude, wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes
  • Towels, showers, and changing rooms are available
