Initial 7-Day Cancellation Policy
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of the seventh calendar day after the date you signed this agreement. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, via certified mail which states that you, the buyer, are cancelling this agreement, or words of similar effect. This notice shall be sent to the following address 10050 N Scottsdale Rd., Suite 111, Scottsdale AZ, 85253, attention: Member Services.
Annual Cancellation Policy
To cancel a yearly or annual membership prior to the completion of the original term, the member must follow the procedure described below, plus pay an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50), plus the retroactive cost difference from going from a yearly membership to a month-to-month membership.
Month-to-Month Cancellation Policy
To cancel a month-to-month membership it is necessary to give 30 day written notice.
Cancellation Procedure
The member’s request to either cancel a yearly or month-to-month membership must follow the following procedures:
- Complete a cancellation request form signed and dated at an Off The Grid Fitness LLC club location at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date;
- Pay the next scheduled monthly dues payment
- Relinquish his or her membership card; and
- Pay in full any unpaid dues or indebtedness incurred prior to the cancellation date. At the end of the 30 days, no further dues shall accrue. Canceling members will receive temporary authorization, providing access to the club through the termination date.
