Conor is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. He is a lifelong elite athlete, an avid powerlifter, and a type 1 diabetic. As an athlete competing at the highest levels while living with a chronic condition, Conor has developed a deep passion for achieving general health and wellness despite any obstacles placed in his way. Armed with years of experience, continued education in strength training and nutrition, a zeal for fitness and a razor-sharp sense of humor, Conor consistently achieves incredible results for clients of all ages.
Conor, a Scottsdale local, has had great athletic success in particular in baseball but also in hockey as a youth. He participated in the United States Hockey National Team Development Program Camp as a 14 and 15 year old and was drafted by the Prince Albert Raiders in the Western Hockey League in 2007.
After choosing to pursue a future in baseball at Horizon High School in Scottsdale, AZ, He was a First-Team All-State selection at First Base and also an honorable mention member of the All-Arizona team named by the Arizona Republic during a State Championship-winning senior season.He played at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ before transferring to Paradise Valley Community College where I led the ACCAC in homeruns as a sophomore. and then transferred to Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC to play his last two seasons, where he was named a Louisville Slugger All-American at First Base, and a First-Team All Southern Conference selection as a senior 2015.
He also has experience coaching college athletes where he had the dual role of Strength & Conditioning and hitting coach for the baseball team at Paradise Valley Community College.
