I was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ, and grew up playing elite level ice hockey and baseball. Before choosing a future in baseball, I participated in the United States Hockey National Team Development Program Camp as a 14 and 15 year old and was drafted by the Prince Albert Raiders in the Western Hockey League in 2007.
After choosing to pursue a future in baseball at Horizon High School in Scottsdale, AZ, I was a First-Team All-State selection at First Base and also an honorable mention member of the All-Arizona team named by the Arizona Republic during a State Championship-winning senior season. I spent my freshman year at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ before transferring to Paradise Valley Community College where I led the ACCAC in homeruns as a sophomore. I then transferred to Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC to play my junior and senior seasons, and was named a Louisville Slugger All-American at First Base, and a First-Team All Southern Conference selection as a senior 2015.
Upon finishing my baseball career and graduating with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, I began training in Scottsdale, AZ, and was named the Hitting Coach for the baseball team at Paradise Valley Community College. While coaching at Paradise Valley, I also assumed a role helping with players' Strength & Conditioning programs.
Whether your goal be to increase your athleticism during your off-season, change your physique, lose those pesky last 5 pounds, or to simply be the healthiest and fittest version of yourself, I look forward to assisting and guiding you on your journey!
