Brit is a trainer that truly cares about her clients. Throughout her ten year career in personal and group fitness she’s been committed to meeting people where they are, and bringing them to their fitness goals utilizing enjoyable exercise and proper nutrition. Her specialty is working with clients who are new to exercise or struggling with their weight management, helping them to gain confidence in themselves and in the gym.
