Power Cycling

Taught by certified spin class instructors, power cycling provides a great cardiovascular workout that focuses on toning eight different muscle groups, notably gluts, legs, and lower back. 475 calories burned per class. Awesome instructors and no boring classes.

Indoor Power Cycling classes are popular with cyclists of all abilities, disciplines, and fitness levels.  Because your workout is customized to your level and ability, you get a great workout in a group setting.  We'll provide the bike, awesome tunes, and a great instructor to get you going.

Getting Started

  • Sign up for a class which fits your schedule
  • You'll definitely sweat so wear comfortable clothing, maybe even moisture-wicking clothes
  • Bring a water bottle to stay well hydrated
  • Gym shoes are fine but you can bring your cycling shoes too
  • Come early to adjust your seat and get situated
  • Towels, showers, and changing rooms are available
