I started my fitness journey over 2 years ago. I initially started getting serious about fitness and working out to boost my self-esteem and focus on being happy. At that time, I didn’t have any goals or an event I was working towards. Now it’s all clear. I was working on myself and self-love so I could help other women feel confident and reach their goals. My passion is fitness and helping others. I am on an amazing journey right now by being a personal trainer and coach for my clients. Everyone has that one thing that pushes them to start working out however I want to be the person that keeps you motivated to living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy doing so. My sessions focus on strength training and cardio. A great way to build muscle and burn fat!
